Shared

• This metric shows the number of resources that any user who is a member of any Hub Group has shared to any other Hub Group. A single user can share multiple resources to multiple groups. A user can Share a resource to a Group by:

  • Authoring the resource in their My Items first, and then sharing it to a Group Folder later. 

  • Saving the resource in their My Items first, and then sharing it to a Group Folder later.

  • Saving a resource to a Group folder from search results  

Saved 

• This metric shows the number of resources that any user who is a member of any Hub Group has saved. A user can Save a resource by:

  • Saving the resource to their My Items 

  • Saving a resource to a Group folder from search results  

Downloaded 

• This metric shows the number of resources that any user who is a member of any Hub Group has downloaded from OER Commons. This metric includes any resource on the platform, even outside of Hub Groups and Hub Collections.

Aligned 

• This metric shows the number of resources that any user who is a member of any Hub Group has aligned on OER Commons. This metric includes any resource on the platform, even outside of Hub Groups and Hub Collections.

Evaluated 

• This metric shows the number of resources that any user who  is a member of any Hub Group has evaluated. This metric includes any resource on the platform, even outside of Hub Groups and Hub Collections. 

Submitted 

• This metric shows the number of resources that any user who is a member of any Hub Group has submitted via the submit resource page (https://www.oercommons.org/courses/add). This metric includes any resource on the platform, even outside of the Hub Groups and Hub Collections.

Authored 

• This metric shows the number of resources authored by any user within any Hub Group. Users can author a resource within a Group by clicking the “Contribute to this Group” Button and selecting Open Author. Note: Resources authored in personal accounts or in Groups outside of the Hub will not be counted towards this total. 

Remixed 

• This metric shows the number of resources remixed by any user who is a member of any Hub Group. Users can remix a resource by clicking the remix button of existing authored resources to edit a duplicated version of that resource. This metric includes any remixed resource on the platform, even outside of the Hub Groups and Hub Collections.
